We use UV-curable grand format hybrid presses and Esko Kongsberg digital router / cutters with vision software.
Our UV presses can image directly onto almost any surface of rigid and roll substrates, up to 126" wide by any length up to 2" thick. Direct printing allows for a huge savings in time and production costs In addition, we can print in six-colors along with white ink and Spot Varnish up to a resolution of 1200 dpi
The Digital Diecutters offer die-less cutting, routing and creasing. This revolutionary machine is equipped with the i-cut vision control system which matches custom cutting contours perfectly to printed images. The unique advantage of this cutter are its speed, power and flexibility. The cutters can handle a wide variety of materials up to 1" thick.
